Only one ACC game Thursday night, as
Maryland beat Iona, 88-57.
In a bit of a bad sign, in our opinion,
Maryland's kids are openly talking about being bored with nonconference
opponents and are restless for conference action. Easy to understand, but
if you wait until conference play starts to crank up your intensity, you
may be too late.

D.J.
Strawberry
has never had a problem with his intensity, and is probably one
of Gary Williams' favorite players.

Here's
a little update on Georgia Tech,
before the huge Clemson game this
weekend. If the Tigers win, they move to 16-0, and their confidence is
going to go through the roof. UNC is not too far away, and that game is
going to be huge.

Tom Suitor has some
thoughts on the ACC thus far.

Here's
a little update on ACC Select,
Ted Turner's move into webcasting.

Donte Minter couldn't get off the bench at Virginia. At Appalachian
State,
he's become a prized member of the team
and they are playing well enough to
get some mention for the NCAA Tourney.
