Charlotte O Condemns Nifong; D.A. Sworn In In Private

can add the Charlotte Observer to papers condeming Mike Nifong's handling of
the lacrosse case. And amazingly enough, Nifong was sworn in to office
today, but
shut the taxpayers out of the ceremony.
