Josh McRoberts underwent back surgery on Thursday, making him the second ACC player this week to have a back procedure (FSU's Uche Echefu was the other). The surgery was considered normal and his recovery time is expected to be 4-6 weeks, which means he'll be ready for the start of practice.
McRoberts has had some back problems dating back to high school, and this is likely just a way to finalize some corrections.
