District Attorney Mike Nifong
won one and lost one in court Friday, as the judge said he could get the
addresses for the members of the lacrosse team, but not their digital records as
recorded by their keycards. And in other news, three defense attorneys
asked Superior Court Judge Kenneth C. Titus to modify
his demand that all attorneys in the case shut up, arguing that they were
reacting to Nifong's earlier assertions about the case.
And DBR gets a minor
mention in this article about Friends of Duke.
