Matt Sanford and his wife Jennifer own a yoga studio, which Lisa has been running for the past year. Matt suffered a spinal cord injury at the age of 13 when he and his family were in a car accident. Matt’s book details his experience with the accident, his recovery, how he came to find yoga and the impact it has had on his life. For the past 8 years, Matt has been volunteer teaching an adaptive yoga class of disabled students and has spoken to healthcare groups around the country on spinal cord rehabilitation.
