The Herald-Sun says that the alleged victim in the lacrosse case was
not tested for drugs or alcohol. District Attorney Mike Nifong had
previously suggested that she may have been given a date rape drug at some
point during the party.
Nifong says that if there had been a test, he would have turned it
over. The defense says they are still waiting for "a substantial
portion" of police notes and other evidence, including cell phone records,
among other things.
