Lax - Some Charges Dropped; AV Can't Say She W/ Certainty She Was Raped

According to attorney Joseph Cheshire, rape charges have been dismissed, but other charges still stand. More when we can update. Here's a WRAL link. Apparently the AV can't testify with certainty that she was raped.
