We missed it yesterday, but K.C. Johnson has a piece up on how the Durham
paper finally published something skeptical about the lacrosse case. In
fact, it's pretty damning, if true.
Yolanda Haynes, who used to manage the Platinum Club, says the bruises the
alleged victim (AV) in the lacrosse case suffered could
have come when she passed out and was carried from the club.
Moreover, she passed out, according to Haynes, on a fairly frequent basis.
Again according to Haynes, she didn't say anything about her supposed rape and
assault.
