Chris Duhon's hometown has had a terrible week: not only were they hit hard by Hurricane Katrina, but they also learned that the Army's Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) site will be shut down in the latest round of base-closings.
No doubt Duhon will do his part to help his hometown rebuild, but he can't do it by himself, and with the loss of the base, the tax base will shrink also. Times are definitely looking tough.
