Here's the latest we could find on UNC's
draft situation: a 3-way press conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday,
where Raymond Felton, Marvin Williams, and Sean May are
expected to announce for the draft.
Theo Davis has emerged as a big man target for the Heels, and his coach
confirms that UNC thinks Williams and May are gone: "From what they told me, they think they may lose Marvin Williams and Sean May,"
Ro Russell told the Herald-Sun. "They needed someone who could come in and help out."
So tune in Friday.
They do have a pretty good freshman class coming in, with Tyler Hansbrough,
Bobby Frasor, Marcus Ginyard, and Danny Green, although at this point in their
careers, with the possible exception of Hansbrough, they're all likely
complementary players.
