Our congratulations go out to double Dukie, Melinda French Gates, who, along with her husband, Bill, and U-2's Bono, has been named one of Time magazine's "Persons of the Year." Time gave the award to the trio "for being shrewd about doing good, for rewiring politics and re-engineering justice, for making mercy smarter and hope strategic and then daring the rest of us to follow." Melinda is both a graduate of Duke's Trinity College and Fuqua School of Business.
