We always enjoy hearing about young guys who want to play at Duke, but even
we were a bit taken aback by 10-year-old Stanley Broaden, who says he might
like to play a sport at Duke. And he can take his pick - check him out:
He's setting track records for his age group in the 100 and 200 meter and the
high jump, where he cleared 5-1, a new U.S. record, and good enough to win the
next age division as well.
He also plays soccer, basketball and baseball, with basketball his favorite.
Did we mention that he's an honor student at Wilmington Christian Academy?
And that his mom is a former college athlete?
