Each semester, several Duke students take part in study abroad sessions in Spain. At last report, no Duke students were killed or injured in the latest wave of terrorist attacks. DBR hopes this remains true, and wishes to express their condolences to the families of those killed and injured. Terrorism is a scourge throughout the world, targeting the innocent, whether in Jerusalem, Tokyo, Madrid, Belfast, New York, or Oklahoma City, and in the end, we are all its victims.
