The lawsuit against the ACC, filed by Connecticut Attorney General Richard
Blumenthal and other interested parties, has
again been dismissed. The judge has now ruled for the ACC three times
in four months, so maybe the A.G. should get the idea and give up. The
people of Connecticut probably have more pressing issues anyway.
