Next up for Duke is a Wake team which is 3-4, but not very far from being undefeated: in case you missed it, they lost
to Clemson, State, Virginia Tech, and Florida State, but not by much: the Clemson game was double-overtime;
State was 27-21, with a 14 point halftime lead; they were tied with Virginia Tech with 130 seconds left in the game, and
as unlikely as it sounds, the FSU game was decided by a late field goal. And to add to the excitement,
Wake Forest humiliated Duke so badly last year that Carl Franks was fired the next day. 42 points in a halftime
is not good.
So it should be an interesting and entertaining game. They play at Wake, at noon, on WRAL locally.
