Duke takes the court against Georgetown in D.C today, and we're not saying Georgetown
is easy, but there's no longer a question about where they are compared to where they
once were. The days of Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, and Alan Iverson
are long gone. Craig Escherick has done a fair job in maintaining things,
but following John Thompson can't be an easy task. And last year's game in
Cameron also warns us against excessive exuberance. There are a few links
posted above for your reading pleasure. Carlos may or may not have a preview later. We never ask him for one; we're just profoundly grateful for each one he writes (and vastly entertained, too).
