Tim O' Toole has a problem: a
number of allegations have come up concerning the former Duke assistant's
Fairfield program, including:
- cash payouts
- falsified drug tests
- an assistant writing term papers
- cash from a booster
These are fairly serious charges, and the picture painted is not a pretty
one. Fairfield recently took a look at the program and didn't catch this
stuff.. We certainly hope it's not true, but they are coming from former
players. Obviously they are going to take another look, and if the charges
stand up, we would expect that they would relieve Coach O' Toole of his duties.
