We missed this, but Al Featherston has an
analysis of State's schedule calling it masterful for having teams high
enough to make a difference come tournament time, but not so high that they have
to actually worry too much about losing. It's very clever, but our guess
is that fans will continue to vote by staying away from dog games. We've
been very supportive of Herb Sendek, but his unwillingness to challenge his team
is getting really old. And boring.
