It's always been tempting for ACC fans to make fun of Clemson, but when they
do something right, they should get respect. So it is with
their drive to increase graduation rates. Clemson has long lagged
behind the rest of the conference, both philosophically and in results, so it's
great to see them really making a push.
In another Clemson note, Jeremy Shyatt, whose father was dumped by the
Tigers, has switched allegiances and is
now working with Dave Odom at USC. This is roughly akin to going from
NC State to UNC. You just don't see it too often.
