The Chicago Bulls have announced that Jason/Jay Williams has been transferred to Duke University Medical Center for further surgery and rehabilitation. Welcome home, Jason, and we're praying for a full recovery.

After successful pelvis surgery and upon substantial improvements in Jay Williams condition, the trauma doctors at Illinois Masonic Hospital decided to discharge Mr. Williams on Wednesday, July 2. At that time, he was flown to Durham, N.C. to participate in the next phase of his recovery at Duke University Medical Center. This will include necessary knee ligament surgery and rehabilitation.
The Williams family wants to thank everyone in the city of Chicago and across the nation for the outpouring of support and prayers during this dramatic time. JayÂs condition continues to improve and the outlook for his future looks very good. God bless.
