A number of you are under the impression that no Duke player had previously won an NBA title. That's not true. Jeff Mullins was a member of the Golden State team which won in the mid '70's. Ferry is the first Krzyzewski-era player to win one, but that's not the same thing.
Mullins was one of Duke's truly immortal players and one of the most decent guys to ever put on a Duke uniform.
