DBR Joe-Jobbed

One of the domains we host on our machine is being "Joe-Jobbed" by spammers. This means that they are forging the email to make it appear that it is coming from one of the domains here, and that we are being inundated with spam bounces. While James has set the filters to eliminate the bounces, it is consuming network traffic (and James's patience.) As a result, mail coming from or going to DBR may be slow, or suspended. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and wish that the US Congress had extended the punishment outlined in Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 51 Section 1111 Paragraph b to spamming.
