We haven't seen this on WTVD ourselves, but we got e-mail from someone we trust who did: apparently WTVD is reporting that the coaching search is now down to either Ted Roof or Bobby Ross.
No knock on Bobby Ross, but the man is 67. He's a great coach, but how long can you plan around someone that age? If Duke wants to get off the 4-years-and-done train with football coaches, hiring a senior citizen is not a good way to go about it.
