Wilcox Update!

The New York Post has
an article up about Chris Wilcox,
who would fill a real need for the Knicks.
As talented as Chris is - and he's a really, really talented player - things are
not necessarily lining up well for him right now. Here's a potential
narrative: small town kid from North Carolina spends two years in College Park,
hooks up with an agent who is, let's say, not universally respected, then gets
drafted by the New York Knicks, where the fans will expect him to be a
savior. The new player, whose fundamentals aren't entirely solid,
struggles to adjust to the NBA, and has a hard time with the merciless fans in
the Garden.

The other narrative is that he explodes, loves New York, and never has a
single problem. But that doesn't happen too often.
