ACC Roundup

Perhaps the biggest story outside Tommy Amaker's return to Durham is the return of Notre Dame's Dan Miller's return to face his former Maryland teammates tomorrow. This game also features former Duke assistant Mike Brey's firat game against Maryland as head coach.

Meanwhile, Virginia has returned home to take a break and pass their exams. They're only 3-2, but have already played three excellent teams in Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan State.

Speaking of Kentucky, they're coming for a visit to Chapel Hill this weekend, assuming the Dean Dome has power. They've got an unexpected point guard in Gerald Fitch, and a rejuvenated Keith Bogans. The pressure is on Tubby Smith's to perform well this year, Kentucky has had back to back ten losses seasons for the first time, ever, and with another ten losses this season, Tubby's days in the Blue Grass State will be numbered.

Toonight, Florida State and Florida resume their rivalry.

Also over the weekend, the Black Bears of Maine visit Clemson, the Gamecocks travel to Raleigh to face NC State, and Marist goes down to Atlanta for a match against Georgia Tech.
