Maggie Schneider, a Duke student at the Marine Lab in Beaufort, died this afternoon as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident on the way back to school after Thanksgiving. Details on a memorial service will folow.

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family and friends.
