Jerrod Mustaf, having washed out of the NBA, and having had a scandal attach
itself firmly a few years, ago, is now looking at a new idea: organized
street ball.
Is it just us, or is that an oxymoron? Look, most basketball fans have an
appreciation for high level street ball, but by definition, it's not organized,
and that's one reason why guys like the Helicopter and the Goat never made it to
the NBA - they didn't have enough discipline to master the mundane aspects of
the game.
You have to ask yourself: who would pay to see poorly coached teams which
haven't mastered the fundamentals play for pay?
