We heard from a couple of readers that FSU has stashed Rodney Tucker at Tallahassee Community College. We also hear that charges are still pending in a sexual assault case.
Whether or not Tucker is guilty, this case has waited almost a year and his life is on hold until it's settled. It's time for it to come to trial. It can't be particularly complicated, because it's essentially an assault case: either there is evidence and witnesses, or there's not. But trials are supposed to be speedy, and this is anything but speedy.
