Andy Katz has an
article up on this year's seniors and who may decide to leave early. The
consensus is that Amere Stoudemire is certain to go early, and one could argue
that he is the kind of player who should go. He has been to six or seven
high schools, his transcripts are like the Rosetta Stone, and he seems to have
no particular interest in academics. Just as college isn't for every student,
not every basketball player is for college, either. So good luck to him if
he takes the plunge.
