Martina Weber, a Duke target from Germany, will not be attending college
in the USA. Instead, she decided to turn pro and will play in France.
She could have been a factor for Duke in the post, but this will give
Crystal White, Iciss Tillis and Wynter Whitley more chances to show what
they've got in that spot.
