The buzz over what is being called "Hurley's Horsey" is building. He
drew an inside position for the start, but honestly we don't know if that's
good or bad. Our guess is it depends on the horse's running style and
psychology. You could have put Secretariat outside the track to
start the race and he would have still won. We're not kidding - that horse
won the Belmont by over 30 lengths. It was amazing. To put him in
perspective, he was much more dominant a racehorse than Jordan was a basketball
player, but our guess is they would have understood each other's urge to
compete.
Since Songandaprayer is a sprinter, an inside position should help.
