As Duke fans, it's our right and obligation to pick on UNC periodically, but
graduation week is one of those times to salute our rivals. UNC
consistently graduates their basketball players. We don't know for sure, but our
guess is that Max Owens, Brendan Haywood, and Michael Brooker will get
their degrees. Congratulations to them, and as Duke fans we're glad they
stuck it out, and we're glad they know that feeling of accomplishment.Â
