Two Non-Hoops Notes

Two things worth mentioning - first, we were really sorry to see that cartoonist
Herblock died.
He had a 72-year career, and anyone who can do
something that long, and do it well, is remarkable.  He lampooned every
president since Herbert Hoover.  The Post has some of his cartoons up, so
if you get a chance, take a look.

Secondly, the New York Times has a feature which runs  daily
profiles of those who were lost in the World Trade Center.
  Putting
faces to the tragedy is very useful, so please check it out. It's very moving.

Scroll down and look for a box which says "Portraits of Grief."
