Why Is Duke So Hard For UVa?

Jerry Ratcliffe of the Daily Progress has an article up on ACC Today about UVa's
expereinces versus Duke
during the Krzyzewski era. In a nutshell, it's
been hard. The Duke mythology has Coach K and team vowing to never lose to
UVa again after Ralph Sampson called them dirty - after a 43 point ACC tourney
victory.

But it lasted through Terry Holland's career, and Jeff Jones, and now Pete
Gillen is getting the full brunt of it. What is largely forgotten, though,
is that Duke's first breakthrough road win under K came in Charlottesville - and
was an upset, during Tommy Amaker's freshman year.

Anyway, it does come off like a mojo. We're glad it's in our favor!
