Ed Nelson, a big, big power forward, says he is down to four schools now, and
and Clemson are both on the list. He says playing time is key to his
decision, so you'd have to think both are in great position. Kentucky is also on
the list. With the likely permanent loss of Jules Camara, and Jason Parker's
situation never totally clear (the NCAA could still conceivably disqualify him,
for instance), time might open up there, but he has Nelson's spot locked up if
he remains. His other option is Miami.
It's hard to imagine right now that Clemson would beat Tech out, but stranger
things have happened. Still,
it sure looks like Paul Hewitt is getting it done.
