Two Stunners From Sydney

What a day in Sydney. We're mostly following by print, but there were two
incredible upsets today: 1) Rulon Gardner, an American wrestler, upset
Russian legend Alexander Karelin,
who hasn't lost since 1988. That's
incredible. He so obviously lost that he conceded with 8 seconds
left. Last time they met, Gardner, lost 5-0.

Just as magnificently, Tommy Lasorda took a team of nobodys and has-beens to
Sydney and beat
the powerhouse Cubans to win Gold.
The Cubans are still getting over
it. We looked for a news source from Havana but can't seem to find
one. We'll keep looking; the reaction should be interesting.
