Dick Vitale says he talked to Bob Knight and told him that he
needs to wait for the right job but not to worry, that he'll have plenty of
options. What surprises us a bit about that is that Vitale has been fairly
critical of Knight, suggesting that he need therapy and that a
"divorce" from IU was a good thing. Normally that kind of criticism
gets Knight's back up, but for some reason, from Vitale it's acceptable.
Incidentally, the idea that Knight could be working with Dennis Rodman
is receiving titters from the knowing Indian press corps.
