A friend just called me to say he saw a press release stating that today
New York Governor George Pataki is declaring "Elton Brand Day" in
Peekskill, NY, which happens to be the Gov's hometown as well. The Gov,
Tim Floyd and Elton will all be in attendance. The event is taking place
at Peekskill High School.
