Dean Smith is currently working to get Congress to
ban gambling on college sports. It won't do anything but ban legal
gambling - illegal gambling is the problem - but really there's not much need to
bet on college sports. As he says, there's plenty of other things to bet on. We'd say there's a 5-3 chance this will survive a Nevada filibuster...oh, wait, we're not supposed to do that. Darn.
