Duke And UNC Coaching Trees

There has been, for a long time, a lot of comments on the UNC coaching
family. But Duke's is catching up fast. Here's a breakdown, all from
memory, so forgive us if we miss some on either side. Obviously we know Duke's
side better, and this only counts head coaches, not assistants or guys like
Billy King or Mitch Kupchak, who are both in management positions in the
NBA. UNC has a basement full of coaches (five at last count), but we're
not counting them either.
