Mike Brey, having nailed down the two recruits who committed to Matt Doherty,
is workng
now on Big Men. One candidate: Jordan Collins of DeMatha. Two
advantages. 1) Brey used to work at DeMatha and is highly regarded by Morgan
Wooten. 2) Collins is used to Catholic education and knows the ropes.
The guy in the Chicago paper who said that Brey was a sign of surrender by
Notre Dame was too uninformed to know this, but from here on out, any solid
student at DeMatha will likely be mentioning Notre Dame.
