It's probably not aimed directly at Teddy Dupay, but after his roughhouse
tactics in the NCAAs, it might as well have been:
the NCAA is going to crack down on rough play. It's about time. Some
of this stuff is out of hand. Dupay is the easy example, but after that you can
point to any Rick Barnes team for more.
