Brand, Francis, Co-Rookies Of The Year

According to CNNSI,
Elton Brand and Steve Francis have been named Co-Rookies Of The Year.
Congratulations to both, and while it would have been better for the ACC had
both stayed, it's sweet that they both were honored.
