According to ESPN, Lon
Kruger is going to leave the Illini for the NBA's Hawks. If he takes
the job, obviously a great opportunity is there for someone else at Illinois.
ESPN mentions Bill Self, who, like Steve Robinson, signed a long term deal at
Tulsa. Robinson of course left not long after signing his. It's a
surprising move in a lot of ways, and one fraught with insecurity at best.
We'll see.
