Clint Jackson has a
rundown of rising point guards on his site, with several familiar names,
including Ben Gordon, Carlos Hurt, and Jonathon Hargett of Durham's Mt.
Zion. Also worth mentioning is Maurice Williams and what Chris Duhon has to say about him, and Billy Edelin of
DeMatha, who
is actually no longer at DeMatha. His father told the Washington Post
that "...a lot of people are jealous of Billy's success" and that
"it's not over yet." We hope this all works out well, but to
suggest that a guy like Morgan Wooten would run his program on envy seems
off. Not that we know what happened exactly, but the Post reports that
it's about academics.
