has signed a very interesting JUCO - a 24 year old ex soldier named Monte
Cummings. There is an age rule for the NCAA, but military personnel are
exempt.
Along with JD Bracy and Michael Joiner, this gives FSU a reasonably athletic
class, a quantity in short supply since Pat Kennedy departed.
