The N&O has an article up about how other schools & conferences are
recruiting better vs. the ACC, and there is truth to that, but there is also
truth to our argument that with the majority of the ACC in various stages of
coaching transition that it's not a big surprise. Duke, Maryland and Wake do
pretty well, and UNC does as well. UVa and State are moving up as their coaches
prove themselves, and Tech has just hired a hotshot recruiter. It's
cyclical, which was our point, and the ACC is moving back up. The point
about people wanting a quick fix and a quick trip to the NBA is certainly true,
though.
