There are two documentaries coming up on HBO worth mentioning. The first is
about Bill Russell, and we strongly encourage everyone to watch this.
Russell had an extraordinary career, winning the last game of the season every
year after his junior year in college except for 1957 and 1967. That's a
must-see, and worth archiving.
Second, and actually playing now, is a film about the
terrible 50's point shaving scandal in New York. Everyone should
watch this one as well, particularly those of you who actually are lucky enough
to play at a high level. It's very much worth seeing.
