Adrian Wojnarowski has a dark article up about the
future of college basketball, starting off with a well-off suburban kid who
wants a laptop among other goodies, and touching on Bill Bayno's relationship
with Myron Piggie. You'll recall that his dentist friend was implicated.
Apparently he was asked to give Piggie some gold teeth. That makes it a
bit harder to argue that Bayno was somehow innocent of all this.
It's a depressing articles in many respects, but on the bright side, it's
going to be harder for gamblers to pay kids off when they get as much as some
apparently do.
