Here's
a little update on Tamir Goodman, who is now at Towson and drawing Orthodox
fans wherever he goes. He's not racking up tons of points yet - he's only
averaging 3.8 - but he is starting, and he is averaging 3.6 assists. As
he makes the adjustment to college ball and fills out, look for those numbers to
go up. One of the things which is unusual about Goodman is his overall court sense. He really knows where everyone is, and he is not at all selfish.
It's not uncommon for a freshman to start slowly of course - witness
Florida's Brett Nelson - but with the pressure that was on Goodman from high
school on there may be more pressure on him than any other freshman this year.Â
